Who we are

AUTO PRIME EX is an international vehicle export brand operated by AUTO PRIME, a vehicle export business registered in the Republic of Korea. Business Registration No. 647-08-03267; representative: HAN SEONGHO; registered address: A-1503, 323 Incheon tower-daero, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, Republic of Korea.

AUTO PRIME is the business that collects and uses the personal data described in this policy; "we" and "us" mean AUTO PRIME, operating AUTO PRIME EX. What you send us through our forms

We receive personal data only when you type it into one of our request forms:

• Quote request on a vehicle page: your name or company, your preferred contact method and the WhatsApp number, Telegram username or email address you give, the type of quote, and an optional destination port and message. International requests also include your destination country and preferred language.
• Vehicle sourcing request: your name, how to contact you, and optionally the make, budget and earliest model year you want, and a message.
• Dealer / B2B inquiry: your company name and country, business type, the vehicles you need, optionally volume, purchase frequency, target budget and preferred language, your contact method and details, and notes.

With a request we also store the country storefront it was sent from, the vehicle it concerns (if any) and, depending on the form, the page you sent it from, the page that referred you and any campaign tags in that page's address (such as utm_source). Your browser also sends a random code with each request so that the same request is not saved twice.

Why we use it

• To reply to your request, prepare a quote, and arrange the inspection, purchase, export documents and shipping you ask us for.
• To count how many requests we receive and from which pages, so we can see which parts of the site are useful.

We do not sell your details and do not use them for advertising.

Who processes it for us

• Vercel, which hosts this website.
• Supabase, the database where requests are stored.
• An email delivery service that sends our team a notification of each new request.

If you contact us on WhatsApp or Telegram, or by email, that conversation is handled by that service under its own terms. If you go ahead with a purchase, we will tell you at that stage which of your details the export and shipping documents require.

Visit statistics and cookies

Our own visit statistics run only if you allow them. The site asks "May we count your visit?" If you allow it, your choice is saved in this browser for up to a year, and a random visit code is kept in this browser tab only — deleted when you close the tab or after 30 minutes without activity (12 hours at most). For each page view, and each click on the request, WhatsApp or Telegram buttons, we then record the page, the type of click, whether you arrived directly or from a search engine, social network, messenger or other website (and that website's domain), and the country your network connection is in. We do not record your IP address, your browser details or anything you type, and these statistics are never linked to a request you send. They are deleted after 100 days.

If you decline, the site saves your choice in this browser, including a small cookie (apx_analytics_denied) kept for up to a year, and records nothing. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, nothing is recorded and you are not asked. You can change your choice at any time with "Privacy choices" at the bottom of every page.

Separately, our hosting provider's analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) counts page views and a few clicks — choosing a country, opening a request, the WhatsApp and Telegram buttons, and sending a request — for all visitors, without cookies. We see these only as totals.

Like any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address and browser information in order to deliver the pages. Our forms use your IP address briefly, in memory, to block too many submissions in a short time; it is not stored with your request. Our staff sign-in area uses its own security cookies, which are set only if someone opens that area.

How long we keep it

• Requests: for as long as we need them to answer you, to handle any purchase that follows and for our business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
• Our own visit statistics: 100 days.

Your choices

Write to autoprimeex@gmail.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Depending on where you live, data-protection law may give you further rights; tell us which one you want to use and we will answer. To change your visit-statistics choice, use "Privacy choices" at the bottom of any page.

Changes to this policy

We update this page when what the website collects changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
